Admission Rules

Registration :

1.      Before seeking admission for his/her ward in the school, the guardian is expected to go through the various rules given in the school prospectus.
2.      Admission will be confined to classes only where there is a vacancy.
3.      Parents who want to get their children admitted in the school, should get their names registered in school office.
4.      Eligibility for admission to Nursery class is between 3yrs to 4 yrs and for L.K.G is 4 yrs to 5 yrs.
5.      Since the number of students in each class is limited, admission will be made strictly on merit.
6.      Registration only makes the child eligible for consideration & does not guarantee admission.
7.      Students coming from other institutions will be required to appear in pre- admission test.
8.      Date of Birth written in the form must tally with the one written in Date of birth certificate.
9.      For admission to primary & higher classes, it is compulsory for the students to submit a Transfer Certificate/E-Punjab Certificate & U-disce Certificate from school last attended along with mark sheet / Progress report card.
10.      Parents will be intimated about the date, timing & venue for verification of documents through phone and e-mail id of the parents. Kindly specify a valid e-mail id & correct mobile number for intimation.
11.      Parents must bring original document for verification.
12.      The presence of the applicant child and both parents is mandatory on the day and time of the verification of documents,

Rejection

Incomplete registration forms providing incorrect information of students under overage will automatically stand rejected.

Payment of Fees: 

1.      Fee once paid is non-refundable as per school policies.
2.      Monthly fees should be paid on or before the due date every month.
3.      School set a fixed date i.e 15^th of the month.
